***POLICY (PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW)*** • If you book for a style, please try to keep the style you’ve booked. • Washes included in all styles • Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are canceled by clients. • Please contact me when you are running late before your appointment time and not after you’re already late, just some common curiosity. • 15mins late is cancellation, no excuses, no exceptions!! • No shows, consistent rescheduling or canceling and failure to follow policy will be banned from booking. • Please carefully read descriptions under each service being booked, very detailed information listed. • Boho curls/Braiding hair that you are providing must be dropped off 3 days before your appointment but also inform me that you would like to bring your own hair when booking. ($10 off discount for braiding hair. There is a $10 prep fee per bundle of curls). •Payments can be completed with CASH/APPLE PAY/BOOKING SITE/ZELLE & DEBIT CARDS with a 1% card fee ***Policies are placed to keep business in order and allow business to run as smooth as possible.
